Analysis Of The Variable “Monthly Precipitation” In Two Meteorological Stations In The Department Of Huila Over A 30-Year Period
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study analyzes the climatological variable of precipitation over a 30-year period (1992–2022) in the department of Huila, specifically in the area surrounding the Jesús Oviedo Pérez Technological School Foundation in Neiva. For the analysis, monthly historical precipitation records from the El Guadual and El Juncal meteorological stations were considered, with data obtained from the Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies (IDEAM). Through the systematization and descriptive statistical analysis of the information, trends and patterns in precipitation behavior were identified, contributing to the understanding of climate variability in the region.
