Standardization of the Presidency and Executive Management processes in oncological entity

Abstract
An oncology entity requires an intervention due to the need to document and
unify its processes in such a way that a traceability of its internal activities can be generated,
identifying the procedures that are carried out; After the diagnosis, it is determined that
there is a lack of traceability within the processes that are carried out and unification of
criteria.
To carry out the standardization of processes, engineering tools were used in order to
solve the problem described, focused on improvement of the operational flow; These
were directed in formats, manuals and instructions necessary through the analysis and
evaluation of the most influential activities, resulting in the development of measurement
and control indicators, a 10% decrease in the number of documents, determination of the
structure of times, analysis of the impact of the project and its contribution to continuous
improvement. The application will allow to have a greater observation on the execution
of tasks and the final disposition of the outputs generated for assertive decision-making in
senior management.
