Abstract
Del análisis de revistas de Ingeniería categorizadas por publindex en la convocatoria Nº 910 de 2021, se puede identificar que la tendencia o el propósito es lograr que las revistas científicas de ingeniería en Colombia alcancen los mismos estándares de calidad, gestión editorial, visibilidad y factor de impacto que las revistas indexadas internacionalmente por WoS (Web of Science) y Scopus (de Elsevier), de lo contrario van a desaparecer o terminaran siendo revistas categoría D. para alcanzar la categorización se debe implementar eficientes estrategias para mejorar su visibilidad, procurar estar indexadas en el mayor número posible de bases de datos y directorios, y acrecentar su visibilidad en buscadores académicos, repositorios y redes sociales.
