Abstract
This article is the product of an research that was carried out at the Santo Tomás, Juan de Castellanos and UNIMINUTO universities between the years 2012-2020. It was carried out with the qualitative method, with an educational action research, with the use of in-depth interviews and observation grids. We worked with variables such as the role of students' subjects, interaction and teamwork, formation of work groups, proposals to promote change, selection of problems, knowledge with exemplarity, teacher mediation in learning and participation. Of the teacher and monitors, as well as the changes observed in front of the obstacles and the possible course. Excellent results were obtained with the observation of the leadership acquired by the students, through decision making, qualification in teamwork, exemplary and teacher participation, with positive synergies.
