Abstract
La investigación es un proceso que surge de la observación de la vida diaria. Un investigador encuentra en su quehacer preguntas que no tienen una respuesta clara, y gracias a esto genera un proceso metodológico que permite analizar los distintos parámetros con plena objetividad y obtener respuestas certeras. El
proceso de formulación, desarrollo y análisis de cualquier investigación requiere como base obligatoria una elevada cantidad de información obtenida de fuentes bibliográfcas, a partir de la cual se realizan procesos de fundamentación, comparación y análisis. Esta es la única manera en la que se pueden obtener conclusiones válidas y certeras.
La disponibilidad de información en línea ha acercado a los investigadores de todo el mundo.
Sin embargo, con este acceso rápido e ilimitado ha surgido también un vicio preocupante entre los nuevos investigadores: ahora encuentran con gran facilidad la información, pero no le otorgan el reconocimiento debido ni los créditos a sus autores correspondientes. La preocupación recae sobre la poca importancia y conocimiento existente sobre la referenciación correcta de las fuentes bibliográfcas.
