Two reflections on Émile Durkheim's work education and pedagogy

Abstract
The sociological and pedagogical work of Education and sociology of Emile Durkheim offers an endless number of reflections on education, which have become, at the time, key antecedents for the development of the later and novel theories belonging to schools and contemporary pedagogical doctrines. In this essay, two reflections on Durkheim's text are generalized; One on education and pedagogy and the other on education and society, extensive and transcendent relationships that also try to involve more significant concepts of the educational language, not only the central arguments of the work, but also the things that happen in present Colombia’s education context and its closest places.
