Abstract

Technological disruption in the academic field is imposing important challenges in the training of lawyers, as well as driving new didactic trends for the teaching of law. This paper will address how traditional paradigms are being reevaluated in the academic field for the legal sciences educator, and based on the descriptive analytical method, prospectively reveal the uses of artificial intelligence in professional training, which together with the professional ethical dimension, reflects a proposed methodology for modern legal education, outlining the paths towards social, technological, pedagogical and ethical transformation, which are being circumscribed around the training of lawyers. This dialogue will allow the understanding of technological, ethical and professional phenomena in legal sciences in the integration of technology and professional practice from the academy.
