Abstract





Artificial intelligence constitutes a new paradigm for knowledge creation and decision- making in the field of law. The innovations provided thanks to these inventions oblige the law, which, by broad sense, responds efficiently in terms of the creation, adoption and systematization of technologies that serve as support for legal activity.


In this article, the attention is focused specifically on automated decision-making, essential to adopt in legal processes, in this way, the technologies in charge of supporting the process of adopting orders or the so-called decision-making legal informatics, simulate a judicial reasoning based on in legal hermeneutics that obtains the most favorable resolutions to the parties involved in a legal process.
