Living labs, camino para la innovación del sector agro: un análisis bibliométrico

El sector agro es fundamental en el desarrollo económico de las naciones al proporcionar sustento y bienestar a la sociedad en general. Sin embargo, la falta de articulación entre las diferentes partes interesadas
como la academia, el gobierno y la empresa ha llevado a este importante renglón de la economía a realizar escasos procesos de innovación que con lleve a la sostenibilidad empresarial. Para esto surge el concepto de
laboratorios vivientes por su expresión en inglés “Living lab” (LL), permitiendo la estructuración de los grupos de interés que
giran en torno al sector agro con el fin de implementar innovaciones en su proceso de negocio. Este trabajo tiene por objetivo realizar un análisis bibliométrico de 91 artículos con el fin de conocer las diferentes métodos
y tendencias de investigación que se relacionan con los términos Living lab y sector agro.
Los resultados presentan relación cercana de acuerdo con el análisis de co-ocurrencia de palabras claves entre Living lab y grupos de interés, sostenibilidad e innovación. Lo anterior brinda una ruta al sector objeto de
estudio de como las innovacion es generadas en los laboratorios vivientes pueden hacer más sostenibles a los agro-emprendedores.
